Meeting Rooms

Louttit Library has three meeting spaces: 

The Large and Small Activity Rooms in our basement and the Community Center behind the library. Each one has different amenities, capacity, availability, and rules for use.  Please contact the library directly for additional information and/or to make a reservation.  Library and Town programs/events take precedence for use of these spaces.

Meeting Rooms FAQ

1. What size is the meeting room in the Community Center?

32'x32'

2. How many people will it hold?

It depends if you are having them seated, seated at tables, or just standing. 

Seated: no more than 68

Seated at tables approx. 48-56

Fire code limits standing up to 100 but this is tight...

3. How many tables are there? What size are they?

There are 12 movable tables (72"x30") and 1 fixed wood table (94"x42").

4. How many chairs are there?

More than enough.

5. What is available for use in the kitchen?'

This space is not intended for substantial meal preparation. There is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink. All foodstuffs must be removed at the end of the event.
